Refund policy

If after reviewing the fitting video you continue having difficulty fitting or learning to use the Freedom Leg, give us a call, maybe we can help. If it turns out that you need to return the Freedom Leg, you have 14 days from the date you receive it to request a return. Once your request is in, there's no deadline to ship it back. The brace must arrive in like-new condition, free of animal hair, for a refund of the purchase price of the brace minus $20–$25 for return shipping. If a return arrives that doesn't meet these conditions, we'll ship it back to you and no refund will be issued. We email you a prepaid return label; shipping the brace back at retail rates would cost more than twice that.

To use the return label we email you, the Freedom Leg must be returned in the original box it arrived in (28 × 8 × 8 in). Without the original box, take it to UPS, FedEx or USPS and purchase a return label.
